Coming from an i5-7500 this was a big upgrade. Good value in that it comes with a new cooler with thermal compound already applied, though it is the exact same cooler that came with my i5, so I could have just reused that with new compound. The one I received was NOT new in box, it had clearly been opened and returned, and someone had put the faintest fingerprint in the thermal compound, though it was obviously never installed and still worked fine. I did not had any temperature issues after I've logged 100% CPU usage (due to some buggy games) for sustained periods of time.

not much to say, pop it in and it worked. spec as normal. stay low in temperature with a liquide cooling system.

Processor worked very well for a portable system that uses little electricity and is very quiet. This system runs productivity and code development software well.I7-7700T CPU, 2 x Kingston HyperX FURY 16 GB DDR4 memory, DEEPCOOL GABRIEL CPU Cooler, 2 X HGST Travelstar 7k1000 drives, Gigabyte GA-B250N Phoenix-WIFI motherboard, Samsun 960 EVO 500GB M.2 SSD, Silverstone ML088-H case, Corsair SF450 SFX power supply, LG 24UD58-B 24" $K monitor. All this, plus keyboard, mouse, and cables fit in a Pelican Storm iM2750 Case for travel (airline checkable, just under 50lbs).

Works super well, exactly as advertised. With this CPU I'm usually idling at a very low load of around 2-3%. I can render videos so much faster than with my previous setup and I have experienced NO problems since I upgraded. Gaming wise, it's fantastic as well!

Este es el procesador ideal para cualquier mini ordenador. Su consumo es bajo y se calienta poco. Con este procesador la mayoria de los usuarios tendrán de sobra. El precio es muy similar al 7700 y 7700K pero lo que marca la diferencia es su bajo consumo y temperatura a coste de menos Ghz

Peut-être dans ce qu'on lit la génération Kabylake n'apporte pas énormément par rapport à la précédente, mais en tous cas ce I7 fonctionne à merveille. Sur un certain nombre d'opérations cela va franchement plus vite (exemple décompression d'archives), mais comparé à un Q9650 sur socket 775, il y a eu pas mal de générations entre deux!Il ne chauffe pas (avec un Noctua et je déconseille le ventirad fourni par Intel), aucun bug, aucun plantage, les jeux ne sont limités que par la carte graphique, une GTX1060 3 go. Le meilleur processeur que j'ai eu. Cette version desktop est plus rapide que le I7 7700 mobile, j'ai vu fonctionner les deux. Cela dit sur un portable le I7 dédié tourne aussi à merveille.J'ai pris volontairement la version non OC, et comme déjà dit ailleurs ce processeur ne fonctionne de manière optimale que sous Windows 10, avec les dernières cartes mères sous peine de devoir effectuer une mise à jour du bios sur les précédentes (j'ai une Z270, aucun souci).

When I got the box it was open and damaged. There was the Cpu fan BUT NO ACTUAL CPU.I don't know what happened but it's unacceptable on any point.So if you want a 400$ fan and waste a bunch of time trust AmberCnE.
