We used to buy top of the line bathroom products from a boutique plumbing store for 8x the price. We came across this item and installed it in a bathroom reno to save money. The craftsmanship is great, nice and heavy material and its worked great over the last year and a half that we just bought the same set for our basement bathroom!

This shower head, handheld sprayer, and tub faucet are absolutely beautiful. The quality is top notch. Everything looks and feels so luxurious, and it brought our bathroom renovation to the next level. Fairly easy installation.

This shower set is exactly what I wanted! The rain shower is so relaxing and with the shower head being as big as it is - it basically runs over your entire body. Especially if you're a smaller adult like me! My 6' husband fits under the shower head with no issues, too. We did have a professional plumber install the actual control unit b/c we needed to add a pipe for the handheld attachment. We installed the actual pieces ourselves once the tile was done. The only complaint there is the shower head is round where it attaches to the arm, so it was impossible to get it as tight as we wanted. Lots of plumbers tape and some clear silicone caulking at the top to prevent any leaks. Overall I'm super happy with this. Really great value for the money - so far! It's only been a couple weeks.

We ordered this item because it was very attractive and exactly what we needed for our bathroom renovation. The item was shipped in good time but the was just the beginning of our nightmare! We had a professional plumber (he wasn't very happy that we didn't buy a reputable brand) do the installation as we were installing ceramic tile at well. When all was done we were very excited to try our new shower! Well, the selector (indicates faucet, shower, hand held) did not function correctly. The faucet was correct but when we selected the shower head, the hand held turned on and when we selected the hand held, the shower turned on. Needless to say, this was very disappointing! I would have loved to return the item but it was already incased with the tile so it would have cost 3 times the price to remove it! Contacted the seller multiple times, sent videos and pictures only to be told that it was our installation which was incorrect! I had our contractor remove the wall in behind the the shower to confirm that the installation was done correctly and it was the selector that was faulty. He was able to 'MacGyver' the problem by re-routing the hosing to the shower head and hand held (not optimal) but it worked. It cost me $150 to do so and the vendor eventually conceded to refund half of that as they still didn't believe it was their product that was the issue. Time to take our first shower (yeah) not so fast....the indicator for hot provided cold water and visa-versa! Contacted their customer service again and was told that the installation was done incorrectly...seriously? Red is hot, blue is cold...duh! At this point I was ready to have the plumber remove the tile and get this piece of junk out of our bathroom! Thank goodness for Amazon coming to the rescue! They refunded the full cost of the item and now I have to decide whether we live with the 'Frankenstein' shower valve or bite the built and rip it out! Avoid this product at all cost!
