Just enough stretch for me to know it is there as a reminder. Certainly not strong enough as a brace. The lines make it easy to cut the correct length needed. It is easy to pull off without pain after the activity.

does not stick for very long, I even round the corners to make the tape not lift on edges but maybe get about 1 day 1/2 . When removing tape am left with ugly bruises due to my sensitive skin
