I use this every week and love it! Even if it’s as simple as writing “leftovers” it’s nice to know what is for dinner on what night and not have family asking constantly or figuring it out at the last minute (which just causes so much stress for me). Plus helps to do it in advance to plan shopping for the week. 10/10 recommend to all my friends and to anyone who needs to organize better or is a visual person like me.

I love these meal planning pads. There is a spot for each day of the week to write out the dinner and large boxes to plan breakfast and lunch ideas. My family and I sit down once a week to plan the meals we will have, the things that will happen for breakfast/lunch and then we use the previous week's planning sheet to write out our shopping list.We just turn over the removed sheet and can write out all our items rather than using a separate paper/list. It's a great way to save some paper. If we think of anything through the week that we need/run out of, we just flip up the bottom edge of the current plan and add our item to the top of the next shopping list.

We actually love this product. It has a magnet on the back and allows my family to keep track of what we're eating throughout the week. Instead of trying to figure everything out every night, you figure it out on Saturday before you go do your groceries and you have everything you will need. Not only does it help you stay organized but it also helps you reduce on waste because you're only purchasing what you need at the store.

My daughter had this pad which she found a great help especially during the first lock down when some foods were hard to get. Mine stays on my fridge door with the magnet then every time I list my next weeks meals I keep the last one and have them under another magnet to give me ideas on what to eat. A great pad to have in your home, it will be used regularly.

I love this particular pad. I’ve been using it for about five years. I usually get one for Christmas and it lasts a very long time, I was so happy to see it on Amazon.I like to meal plan seven meals ahead and grocery shop once a week, this helps a lot. The magnet is good quality stays on my fridge easy.

This has been on my fridge and has eliminated the “what do you want to do?” “I don’t know, what do you want to do?” (Or at least, restricted it to one day a week!)The binding is secure and the magnet is strong and reliable. Love this little note pad! Pair it with the grocery list one and you’ll be totally set!

Nice, thick paper. Good, strong magnet on the back secures it to the front of the fridge. Easy to read and easy to fill out. I'm not super-fond of the color, but overall, it's nice.We love using these to plan out our meals for the week - it helps us know what's happening every night so it takes the guesswork out of dinner. We don't look around and do the "what's for dinner" dance for half an hour anymore, and we eat out less, because we plan for all that. Also, it saves us money at the grocery store because we know what we're preparing and so we don't just pick up a bunch of random stuff that goes bad because we weren't prepared. Also great for when we're dieting, as we can plan the calories as well - there's plenty of space for that.Yes, you can do meal planning on plain paper, and yes, it would also work. I find this easier and neater, and I don't have to think about it.

I have been getting very serious about meal prepping. At 33 years old I finally figured out how much easier it makes my life and how much easier it is to be healthy. I used to just go to the store and aimlessly buy things that I thought sounded good. At dinner time I didn't really have a plan for what to do with it all. I know it sounds silly, but just coming up with a plan on Saturday or Sunday and then sticking with it helps so much.I bought this and it's partner pad "All out of". I have both pads side by side when I plan my meals. I have my list of regular meals that I do and then try to chose one or two new recipes a week to try. I plan those for nights that we don't have swimming or basketball obligations. I systematically go day by day, writing down what meal we're having and then checking off any additional ingredients I need for it. That way when I get to the store I'm not frantically looking on Pinterest for what I need or just guessing and not having the right stuff. This has helped save me a lot of money by not having a ton of extra stuff that gets wasted. I also have time to prep some of the stuff during the day while my oldest is in school and youngest is napping.I had originally been inspired to meal prep by a health blog I follow. It helped motivate me to start and then finding these pads that keep it all within sight and easy to use has helped a lot. I also love the side area for breakfasts, lunches and grab bag. It helps plan my daughters school lunches and snacks for the week. If she tries to pull the "there's nothing to eat" line with me I point her to the pad where she was able to choose healthy snacks for the week! Meal planning has changed my stress level and family meal time so much. I started about 3 weeks ago and can't believe I waited this long!
