Better price than some of the other kt tape. Works well but pulls away easier. Good product all considered.

Have ordered this KT Tape several times with excellent adhesion.This roll started fine - But a third of the way thru the roll adhesion is not consistent.I can’t finish a session of PickleBall without the tape releasing from my skin.I need to utilize this cotton tape as the synthetic tape irritates my skin.

The precut tape is awesome. Good adherence and can stay in place for a couple of days. Avoid creases as the skin can breakdown

This stuff is a lot like the cheap brands of K Tape, but with superior glue and a longer life to the elasticity. It doesn't keep up the support for as long as the "Pro" version, and it's more susceptible to water weakening the glue.Ideally I don't like removing K tape until the glue starts giving out on it's own. This stuff has glue that sticks longer than the tape remains effective if the use is intense enough, so it really is light duty if you don't want the trouble of peeling off the strong glue. This is one that I will use for overnight sleeping, or on the weekends for light housework. I'll keep the Pro stuff handy for during the week when I need to constantly repeat the same motions over and over, which really gets the tendonitis going.This is not reflective of how this product performs for muscle support during workouts. All I need it for is relief of tendonitis in my wrist from repeat motions 5 days a week.

The manufacturer does highlight that people may get rashes. I try not to use it consecutively, but let my skin recover for a week or two, after using two to three days on the same KT Tape. You can bath with the KT Tape on, but I try not to get soap onto it.

Bought this tape to use during my pregnancy to assist with the front heavy weight of my 9lb 9oz baby! I used a tutorial from Diary of a Fit Mommy to tape in different ways to support belly depending on shape of belly. Found it very supportive and helped during long work days in a hot summer! Although it hurts when I removed the tape due to belly hair (blonde but lots!) I Would definitely recommend!
