I love these! I've used a fair few different brands of KT tapes. With other brands I often need to trim edges that come loose or curl, sometimes immediately, and I'm lucky if they last 2 days. This one stays completely on for days, through showers and hard use, and the edges never curl. I'm using mostly on my feet, but have used for knee support as well.

I use the tape for support to my inner ankle and the arch of my foot.It provides good support and stays in place for several days. Also stayed on after showering.
