  • Our mat is made of high-density Microfoam Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC). It is very durable and doesn't release any unpleasant smell. The smell of "new" will quickly disappear after laying the mat for 1-2 days before use.

  • This Yoga mat is designed for both barefoot use and use with shoes on.

  • Our mats are designed with double-sided non-slip textures, which provide a strong grip on all types of flooring, including tile, carpet, hardwood, and concrete floors. You can exercise with confidence without worrying about slipping or sliding.

  • Our mat comes with a carrying bag, 2-3 hook and loop straps (depending on the size), and a microfiber towel. After each use, simply wipe clean the mat, roll it up , and secure it with the straps and bag. You can also keep it out for quick access.

  • Sure! If you prefer solo workouts, the 6x4 ft size would be ideal. For couple use, the 7x5 ft or 8x5 ft sizes would provide enough room. For family use, go for the 9x6 ft or 10x6 ft sizes. You can also combine mats for a larger workout space.

Highly recommend buying this exercise mat if you’re looking for something larger. I’ve been using this for a few months now and it by far is one of the best mats I have ever purchased! It lays out flat, holds its shape, and has great cushion. I can’t say enough good things about this exercise mat. It’s the perfect size.
