  • Honestly, there could be a little bit of rubber smell which is safe and non toxic at your first use. Keep it unroll in a cool and ventilated place for 1-3 days, the odor will disappear, but don't expose it to the sun.

  • Large mat made by high density NBR material which with much rubber that improved tear resistant, wear resistant and quick rebound. Please keep it away from the sharp goods.

  • It is normal due to long time packing. Unfold the mat first, then roll up the mat towards another side, or pressing it in flat by your yoga blocks.

  • For daily cleaning, just wipe it with a damp towel, but if the dirt does not come off, wash it with light soapy water then rinsed with water and air-dried. Do not use strong acid or alkali chemicals, machine washing or drying.

After couple of weeks use you can see lots of scratches and dents in the material covering the foam. But it’s the thickest I could find and definitely comfortable for yoga and stretching.Keep in mind that on thick mats like this one it’s harder to keep balance when doing exercises on one legAlso, material moves very easily on the floor. It’s not anti slip

This mat was even thicker than I was expecting and gives me great cushioning for stretching. It has a nice, soft texture and sponginess that should keep my knees from hurting due to contact with the floor.

The mat is large, soft and thick. I was very excited to invest in this since I live in an apartment and needed a mat that will help me minimize noise. This is second day of use and it already ripped. I haven’t done any intense workouts on it. This happened doing bridges. I am disappointed because paying 100+ for a mat, I expected better. :( giving it two stars for the length and softness

This 6’ by 4’ work out mat is awesome. Thick yet soft, super comfortable to exercise or do yoga on.Came with some elastic pieces to secure that mat after it’s rolled up and a great storage bag.Way better than the small thin mats I’ve used previously.

This exercise mat is awesome, extra large, super thick and lightweight. This mat is more than a double of my other exercise mat and thicker as well. The good thing is, it won't move around and it cover a large area unlike a smaller mat. It comes with a thin carry bag which has no use for me but is nice to have. This is a quality exercise mat, it is soft and very comfortable. I have no complaints about it but only positive things to say about. The anti slip texture at the back keeps the mat steady while the foam structure provides a good support and comfort area for my knees and elbows. I use the mat as part of my home gym for Pilates, stretching and aerobic exercises. Although this mat is a bit pricey but I think it worth the price if oubare looking for a good quality of extra large and super thick exercise mat. Overall, I am very pleased with this product and highly recommend it.
