This worked fine for a 2006 Honda Accord. My symptoms were no left turn signal, and also that there was no left side blinking when hazzards were on. One simple test to make sure a bulb was not burned out was to see if car lights blinked when I locked the car with key fob... and they did blink then, so I was 90% sure it was the turn signal relay. I had trouble getting the old one out-- difficult to pull back the tabs in such a tight space.. I ended up having to remove some of the trim panel, to give myself more room to work...

Was difficult to take out of the fuse but it works just how it’s supposed to 10/10 recommend this to anyone that installed led bulbs into their turn signal or if you have anything wrong with your turn signal 👍👍👍
