We purchased this for a driving trip to the southern US. It managed to get us lost three times before we finally decided to just pay the roaming charges to get proper driving directions. It tells you to “prepare to exit the highway” without giving you vocal instructions on what your interchange number is or whether you should be exiting right or left. Instead you’re expected to watch the screen which is extremely dangerous when driving through unfamiliar cities on interstates at normal traffic speeds. On top of this you have the option of requesting no gravel roads but it sends you on roads that are like cow paths anyway. When we finally met up with family and started following them while using it for comparison to a real GPS its uselessness became more apparent. It tried to send us off on little unpaved sidetracks that went off the highway and rejoined it less than a kilometre further on. I could go on about what total junk it is but the heading says it all….DO NOT BUY THIS. Using it is dangerous and it is only useful if you want unnecessary detours and the adventure of ending somewhere that you don’t want to be. Absolute garbage. As many have said before, the only reason it gets a 1 is they don’t offer anything lower.

I had a Garmin Gps & loved it - but its old and I wanted a bigger screen. This one is hard to navigate - has predictive text so you cant enter some addresses - was last minute on directions, we had to turn around several times - sent it back and bought another Garmin.

Not good for semi trucking and very difficult to set up each time for a new address location would like to return it for refund

This does not announce Hwy exits. It is unclear about when to turn at streets. I am returning it.
