The mat is beautiful, high-quality and well packaged, but it turned out to be too thin for me, and it also gets very dirty during exercise, although I understand that due to this particular coating there is good grip. I made a return and the amount was returned excluding transportation. Thank you.

Auf Empfehlung meiner Yogalehrerin und einer Kursteilnehmerin erworben. Sehr wertige, nicht ganz leichte und rutschfeste Matte. Ich würde sie im Nachhinein in einer dunkleren Farbe wählen, da sie etwas anziehend auf Fusseln wirkt.

J’ai essayé d’autre tapis de yoga mais celui-là a une adhérence au sol et pour les mains et les pieds totale. Je me sent stable sur ce tapis et je peux travailler mais étirements en sécurité. Il est mince par rapport à mon autre tapis qui étais plus épais. Je le glisse donc sous mon tapis neuf quand j’ai besoin de plus de confort. Le sac de transports est génial et pratique quand je part faire du yoga en nature.

Questo è il secondo tappetino da yoga della Liforme che ho, il primo da viaggio e sicuramente non sarà l’ultimo:). Pratico yoga tutti i giorni ha una grip eccezionale questo da viaggio è molto leggero e facile da portare. Io ho scelto il colore bianco ed è elegantissimo. È un piacere praticare yoga su questi tappeti.

A friend of mine posted a photo of herself on Instagram with her Liforme mat. It was so pretty and looked well-cushioned so I asked her what brand it was. When she told me, I searched for one online straight away. To be honest, I balked a bit at first when I saw the price, but decided to just bite the bullet and purchase it, and I’m glad I did. The grip, alignment, travel bag make it such a wonderful mat. I own several others workout mats but this one is by far my favourite!

I bought my Liform mat about a month ago after using a Lululemon mat for three years and a Manduka for about 5 years, and in my opinion it is the best mat out of those three. Now, would I recommend it to a beginner? For this price – probably not. My recommendation is to start yoga on a relatively cheap mat, find out which form of yoga you like best (e.g Hatha, Yin, Vinyasa, Power Yoga…) and then buy a more expensive mat accordingly. My way lead to this mat as I like Vinyasa yoga, Inversions and Armbalances and I need the grip that the Liforme mat gives. I do have quite sweaty palms and was worried about the very smooth surface at first, but the truth is that even in a very heated practice this mat has never let me down so far (and I practice almost daily). The alignment cues are a nice to have, but really come down to preference. I consciously choose the travel mat, as I found my 5mm Lululemon mat often too heavy to carry to class. But if you have knee issues – then I'd recommend the classic Liforme for more cushioning. Overall, there's reasons why yogis keep on buying this rather pricy mat and I have to agree – I think it's the best mat out there too.

La he usado poco pero de momento estoy encantada con la compra. Óptima en peso y tamaño, cómoda para su transporte. Es realmente antideslizante, tiene muy buen agarre. A veces me sudan las manos durante la práctica y en otras esterillas me resbalaba, eso no me sucede con ésta. Totalmente recomendable. Lo único negativo a destacar es que es un poco fina, poco acolchada, pero bueno, aún así me gusta mucho.

Mat is great as this is the second one I have purchased. The thing I was dissatisfied with was the shipping. The box was left in the snow on the driveway even though there was a closed in porch 10 feet away.
