Ordered this stand for my home shop. Quite impressed with its ease-of-use. Arrived well packaged, some simple assembly required but no instructions included. The construction is sturdy and should last a long time. Some bolts need to be tightened from factory settings. My only initial complaints is that the is no precise way to calibrate the stand and the tolerances on the vertical arms is a little loose causing some minor flex. As for calibration, I simply use some shims made from playing cards to center the wheel. Using the dial gauges to straighten the rim is overkill but quite handy for the brake rotor. The four holes in the base make it a breeze to mount to my work bench. The spoke wrench is cheap. Use the money you saved buying the stand and get some Park spoke wrenches. Overall, this is a great truing stand for a home mechanic.

Der Zentrierständer mit seinen drei Messuhren ist durchaus für den professionellen Einsatz zu gebrauchen. Der einzige Schwachpunkt ist der, dass 29" Laufräder mit Reifen nicht mehr in den Zentrierständer hineinpassen. Es fehlen ein paar Millimeter. Bei Schlauchreifen kann man damit einigermaßen leben, obwohl auch dies ein Mehraufwand bedeutet. Bei Tubelesslaufrädern allerdings wird's wirklich aufwändig mit der ganzen Dichtmilch-Sauerei, frisch befüllen, undundund.Da mir persönlich der Zentrierständer allerdings zugesagt hat, habe ich diesen behalten und die beiden Arme, welche das Laufrad aufnehmen, ein wenig verlängert.Dann hab ich den Zentrierständer mal ausgemessen, er hat eine sehr hohe Eigenpräzision, meiner ist nur 0,5mm aus der Mitte heraus. Mit dem "Fehler" kann ich gut leben. Fazit: Eine echte Alternative zu den teueren Markenmodellen.
