Once you cut out the middle strap and adjust, it is very comfortable. Works well for desk chairs and also in the car!

I think the best purchase of mine on Amazon. I had lumbar back pain which'd get worse whenever I drove my car. I ordered a similar item to this but with memory foam and after 1 week of usage it went flat. Later, I replaced it with this one and this has been the best item for me on Amazon. The pain I had been struggling with since August last year (almost 6-7 months) is suddenly diminishing

Product is not the same as the one shown in the images here. They claim its because they "updated" the product but haven't updated the images yet, which I don't believe. It doesn't stay on the seat properly. Even if it's tightened, it slides down and doesn't stay in the position it's supposed to stay in. Do not recommend.

it is as i expected! Helps the back a lot to have the support, but after a few hours in a car, the wire boning starts to dig into the back and feel uncomfortable. Works awesome for shorter trips
