or even miter bars made from HDPE plastic (still better than wood) as these are easily adjustable to fit any standard miter slot. The material these are made from is low friction and wear resistant.The only "downside" one might find/consider is their short length. You can buy aluminum adjustable miter bars in much longer lengths, which may/may not be more suitable for your needs. Microjig products in general I've found to be well thought out, versatile and good quality for the price.

It takes way more skill than i have to get this thing on. Dunno why they made it face mounted vs bottom mounting. look at the diagram. Getting accurate screw holes is way more struggle than this thing is worth. Look at the price. Maybe there's a use case for mounting the screw from the top, using Microjig's specific dimensions as per their specific choice for screws. Whatever it is, I see zero value for this thing in my shop. Great push blocks. The zeroplay mitre bar is worth zero dollars, but a hefty profit to Microjig, and ironically, a great example of company that should have "stayed in your lane".
