Works exactly as it should with my dc 12v blower fan. Controls speed.

Nice packaging with click and turn knob. All the settings can be displayed on the single readout but they do nothing to control the output. Whatever you power the device with is what you get as an output. 5V DC in and you get 5V DC out. NO PULSES. No frequency. Just 5V DC. Same with 12V DC input gives 12V DC output. No PWM signal output. It's like there are 2 wires connecting the input to the output. I've contacted the supplier but after a few weeks of discussions and a video later on the setup, I'm still waiting on a solution to the problem. I guess I'll have to get out the 555 timers.Why isn't there a zero star option?
