The box should've been the first red flag due to the fact it was out of shape and beat, the bottom of the frame was broken. Aside from the fact that the delivery date was delayed. Very disappointed.

Was about to install this until I saw that the plastic was already cracked. P.O.S and absolute garbage. Does NOT fit a 2011 Toyota RAV4 base model.
