I ordered this for my significant other. I was a little worried it wouldn’t be long enough, or would be too thin, but she’s loved it.It’s long enough for her yoga and thick enough to stop her from getting sore. It sticks fairly well so you aren’t sliding all over the place.Definitely worth the price considering the amount of usage it gets!

Husband's previous mat after twenty years odd years had total worn itself out. Time for a replacement. My husband returned to his exercise routine. He said he feels more comfortable using this one than previous one. He adores colour too. Thank you for fast delivery.

Unfortunately it's non-slippery surface does not deliver. If I want to hold a downward dog pose for a minute I have to adjust my hands a few times. At least the mat is long enough to allow for that. I'm a big guy but my petite girlfriend had exactly same problem.On the bright side mat's thickness is really comfy on my knees and the price is really attractive.I'm not going to bother returning it but if I had a chance to try it out first I wouldn't purchase this yoga mat.

Its a really comfy mat but it scratches and tears very easily. You have to really baby it, and I dont even use it more than once a week
