This Pendaflex expanding file is different from photo on line. The sides are covered in brownish red plain paper, the dividers are 1/2" below the top and the numbers are written on the dividers (not raised as shown-well, to qualify raised but still 1/2" below the top of the sides and the middle is 1" below the top.) Very difficult to see the numbering, so they are no good unless you put your own tabs on there and content with the paper sides. Another product gone cheap in quality and up in price I will be sending back.

The tabs are not laid out like in puctures and the cover is just cheap cardboard not like pictures show
