Gentle reminder

  • Air inlet 1/8 inch NPT.
  • The inner diameter of the air hose should not be less than 1/4 inch (6.4mm).
  • It is strictly prohibited to inject any oil into the air inlet.
  • For frequent use, apply pneumatic lubricating oil at the oil injection port.
  • Verify that the rivets and rivet noses match the corresponding specifications to prevent jamming.
  • Not suitable for stainless steel rivets.

I have been using various air riveters to rivet millions of aluminum 3/16" rivets over the last 38 years. This by far is the best riveter i used to date. It is lightweight, easy to activate with the button trigger, and "pops" the rivet on one pull every time. So far, it has been very durable and the large pin cup is a huge plus. Highly recommend for the price!

This tool is very light weight for a pneumatic gun and seems well built. It works well and seems like it will last for many hundreds of rivets. Keeping it oiled will probably be the key as it seems to have tight tolerances.
