At first my fish spit this food back out as they have been eating Tetra Koi Sticks for years and have developed a liking to it. I mixed the two together for a week and by day 5 they were scarfing these down just as fast as the sticks. I now have them on this food as their main staple and theres never any left after 5 minutes. They seems to hit on these pellets harder and faster than they ever did on the sticks. They worked great as a transition food and I will be buying the huge supply from here on in, they seem to really like it. Gonna try a larger pellet size though. These are pretty tiny for 18" fish.

Contrary to other koi food such as Tetra Pond and Tropical, my fish don't really like this one. I hope, as the summer advances, they will eat it more. I don't know whether it is because the pellets are spherical instead of cylindrical as other koi food. Pond Pro is cheaper than Tetra Pond but about the same price as Tropical. It the cheapest on on Amazon.ca though.
