Hello we purchased this item in June for our bathroom renovation. However due to delays beyond our control it only was installed last week. Unfortunately the taps are unable to be tightened enough for it not to leak. Please help!

Works really well. The only issue I had was sealing the threads on the valve body it was almost like the were not machined correctly. Other than that now that it's working it's a nice product.

Unfortunately we installed these and they looked great but failed the same week they were installed. I would stick with the reliable brands at your local store.
