I’ve used this tool several times a day, 5-6 days a week since receiving it in September, 2023. I haven’t babied it - I’ve lightly pried with it - but I know what it can and cannot be reasonably expected to do. I do have a knack for finding weak spots in items, but I’ve only popped the top rotating cap off twice, and it just snaps right back on. I used a magnet and found that it has a roughly 2/3 -3/4 tang, which bodes well for longevity in my opinion.This driver is easy to operate one-handed because of the rotating palm rest - this was a bonus for me because I use a PDA to scan barcodes in my other hand. Due to the cylindrical shape, only so much torque can be effectively transferred to the screw. If you really need to crank down, get on of their T-handled models.Considering the price and the fact that it’s made in the USA, I say buy, buy , buy. I highly recommend!
