183cm (72 inches) is not extra long. That's standard yoga mat length.3mm is very thin. Thinner than standard yoga mat.It has very strong chemical smell when unpackaged.

I bought this quite a while, and I got to say it did give me a ride. It’s a good yoga mat for those who are just starting to workout at home, tho it will wear out in the long run (depending on how you take care of it too 🙂)

So far I'm pretty impressed with this yoga mat. It not only comes with it's own carrying strap which is a huge value at this price point but this mat is seriously long!The mat is just the right thickness required for yoga. Some people think they need a thick comfy mat but thicker mats tend to interfere with balancing properly.This mat also has some stickiness on both sides which I like; I won't be slipping off the mat this winter when I'm wearing my fleece socks!The one draw back that you can clearly see in my pictures is the strap has left a rather deep imprint in the mat. I assume it will come out in time and I'll update this review to 5 stars when it does.Overall this is a fantastic value.
