Although it serves as a great support for the knee, size is a bit small and if used on tile or hardwood floor, forefoot will touch the ground and feel cold

Exactly what I was looking for: Super thick & soft. Got this to support my knees on the hard reformer plank. Perfect Size for the job fitting the width of the reformer plank. Almost as thick as the Pilates Floor Mats in the Studios. It was a hit with the others in my class. Totally recommend.

This mat allows me to do yoga and pilates with no pain at all even though I have bad knees. Perfect thickness, good quality. I was going to try one of the more expensive pads but thought I'd try this one instead and I'm glad I did. It's great.
