Have bought 5 of these for my workplace and use for switching kvm control between a desk pc and a laptop dock. There are lots of USB A/B switches around but this seems to be the only one that keeps all the sockets at the rear rather than 2 at the back and 1 at the front. This is a neater arrangement for me. Switches are passive spring loaded mechanical types and connected directly to a small circuit board.Switch makes quite a loud click as you select. Works fine for sharing KVM control between 2 machines

Nice case but poorly made inside. As others have said it worked for a short time 3 clicks then one of the switches broke. However I made a new circuit board and new components, re-used the USB sockets and new buttons for the front. So, it was not a complete loss as I needed a compact USB switch for 2 monitors. I basically used the shell/case. NOT recommended as a purchase.

Unit would not work on one channel, switch cables around unit not working on other channel. Found one usb a-b cable was not working.

Bonjour alors au début j'avais mis 5 étoiles mais depuis il y a eu en quelques jours quelques problèmes.Alors ça fonctionne mais si quand les deux ordinateurs sont allumés vous changez d'imprimante ça fonctionne une fois sur deux.Si un ordinateur est allumé et l'autre est un ça fonctionne mais il faut pas allumer l'autre sinon ça bloque..Donc ça vaut maximum 3 étoiles pour l'instant.

Seems to work well so far; the delay when switching isn't usually more than a couple seconds, which I can live with. My only complaint would be the mechanical push-button radio style switching: I'm not sure how long they will last.
