Easy to install. They screw in, so I feel they are more secure than those that use tape to install. Worked great on drawers and single cabinet.

I have had a few different types of security devises to keep the kids out of cupboards and these are by far the best. The magnetic type are frustrating because you need two hand to open and you are always looking for the magnet. The other off brand versions of this spring type lock are not designed as nice as these. For starters the relaxed angle of the latch allows the cabinet to close easily without applying extra forse (off brand are much steeper of an angle and required allot of extra forse to close which leads to a loud bang every time you close a drawer or door. Secondly the latch has slots that allow you to adjust the height of the latch to make it perfect l.. so no need to be spot on with where the screw go into the door/drawer. In summation: don't bother with any other type or brand of child cabinet lock.

I got multiple child safety items for the house all of them work fairly good some better than others I haven't even installed this one yet but I must say it's my least favorite in order to attach this properly screwing it four times twice into the bracket of sorts that grabs the top of the cupboard not allowing it to open unless you press down applying pressure with one's finger and the other the latch mounted to the top with two screws in order to mount this seaid latch to the top one must take out the drawers turn upside down screw it into the top hoping that it's in the right area and you won't have to rescrew it again the amount of work it takes to put these on and after all that it opens wide enough for a child to stick their hand in I'd have to say it doesn't seem like a very desirable method for child safety

Exactly what I needed and easy to install. I recommend pre-drilling your holes first to avoid any accidents. :)

I did not want to get the self adhesive catches because I foresaw a problem with the tape coming loose and it is so easy to drill small holes to put in screws , which also allow you to adjust the position. I would never use tape. One fellow complained that there was no mention of screws but you can clearly see the two screws in the main picture. I assumed there would be screws and if there was tape they would tell you that part. Also another fellow complained that he had 3 drawers vertical with nothing to screw the latch part into ,except for the top drawer. You can easily attach the clip to the side of the cabinet and rotate the lever piece of plastic 90 degrees , so the whole operation is on the side of the drawer and not the top.I can find no objection at all and the ratings that were less than 5 are from people who did not know what to do. The instructions don't show you how to rotate the lever part but anyone with a brain can figure this out. I am sure there are youtube videos out there. Many complain that there was no tape , but tape is inferior. If you just want a crappy set up that the baby will tear apart as soon as they get some strength then use tape. You have to position is perfectly the first time. I want a good secure set up that will last for 2 children, one on the way and one that is very strong and she would rip the tape held catches out of the cabinets. she is already removing baseboards around the house that were nailed in place.I even use these latches on the inside corner doors for the lazy susan , these door have a hinge but the latcher still work fine. I rotated those ones also 90degrees so they latch from the side not the top.

Não sei como não pensamos nisso antes! Resolveu um dos maiores problemas aqui em casa em termos de organização! Meu filho consegue abrir qualquer outra trava (compramos várias) mas essa realmente funciona!

Arrived very fast. Ordered last week and already had them arrive to my door. Love them. They are amazing. My child so far can not get into my drawer anymore. Hell I cant even., bf had to show me what to do. If you have arthritis or have a hard time with pushing then this isn't for you and I'd recommend trying something else. Dont wanna see a broken or sprained fongernsuw to this.. besides that great product!!

These are great for the price. You need to be somewhat handy to be able to install them. Didn't bother with the 2 sided tape because it wouldn't have worked. I used the screws right away. Depending on the hardness of your cabinet or drawer wood, you may need to drill holes for the screws first. No instructions, so don't rely on that. I had no difficulty installing them, but I'm quite handy and they work well.

Love these. They keep my two year old out of the cabinets she doesn't need it! They are very sturdy and work well and hold up to her yanking lol.

These little things are a must if you have a little busy one. Now, to be fair, I only installed the one piece on cabinet doors (The latch itself), our cabinets all have the edge on the inside that the latches clip to, so I didn't need to install the other piece. Also, I ended up using different screws that I had handy, simply because they were around, so I can't comment on the screws that came with the package. The installation was simple: 2 screws and you're good to go. (As you can see in the picture, I even decided to use the middle hole and used on screw only). There is another type of these latches that allows you to rotate the latch 180 degrees to stop it from clipping on the inside (useful when you need constant access to the cabinet and it is safe to keep it lock free when the baby is not around). Naturally, that one is more expensive. I used both, and I honestly haven't used the rotating function on the other one yet (and I doubt that I will), so I am good with the lower price variant!

They work well at keeping the kiddo out of the cabinets and drawers, and pivot out of the way well, but they're sort of fragile and we've had a couple break off already.
