I saw the complaints from other users about the curling but figured I could solve it. So far my attempts have failed, from laying heavy books on it to tightly rolling in the opposite direction, to finally blasting it with my heat gun for a half hour. I've rolled it again while it was still hot but I'm not expecting much. I'm at least thankful mine didn't come creased.I am giving it credit for holding up to my heat gun though.It's also barely grey. I bought this as a mat to assemble 3d prints on next to my white Bambu Lab printer, and it is significantly whiter than the printer.Look elsewhere.

This feels like a very nice soldering matBut so far (been a week) it still won’t lay flat and is curled up from being rolled for shipping.I am hoping it resolves and I have now rolled it the opposite way for a couple days, hopefully that fixes it.But I will update in a few days and confirm. If it continues to be curled up, that’s a big issue.

a year later, and the curl from shipping is still noticeable. It was shipped rolled up, and still won't lay flat.

I bought this for my husband to do his projects on. He is a ham radio hobbyist, who takes apart radios and fixes them. When taking apart a radio, screws and other components all on his workbench. I had seen this mat on a electronic you tube channel and felt he needed that. A cushioned mat for the radio. The several compartments for the screws, and other tiny electronic parts that come off. He can 'see' the components when stored on the mat as opposed just on his workbench. He purposely melted the solder on the mat to see if it would melt. Nope, it did not. He loves it and wished he had gotten one sooner,

It is rolled too tightly for shipping, and there is a large crease down the middle of the mat that will not go away. Quite a shame because the may itself is actually very nice

商品自体は気に入っております。まだ使用したばかりで耐久性等は不明ですが、梱包を開け広げたら左右の端に「ソリ」がありました。ドライヤーで熱してみましたが直らずそのまま使用しております。再度の購入予定は無いが、これから購入予定の人の為に梱包の改良を検討してほしい。

セールで安くなってて買ってみた。そんなに期待していなかったが、良い意味で期待を裏切ってきた！ペラペラかなと思っていたが、厚みもあり耐久性も良さそう！分解した時に小さいネジが転がって無くなる心配が無い！ただ蓋はいらなかったかなぁ

I was looking for the biggest work mat for soldering I could find, with the largest working area. However, i find that the storage options for parts on this may are quite useful, especially the numbered divots (great for SMD parts) and the larger areas to the side. The top compartment with the flip over lid is kind of weird, not sure why I would need to cover up something. So the lid is unused and just sits open all the time.Good quality, durable, and decent storage options.

This product worked out very well and I would highly recommend it. It has slots for screws, parts, measurements or built in as well as magnetic areas and the build quality is quite high and most importantly, it is very easy to clean in the tub or sink with hot water to get back to brand new basically. The other mats were much smaller and I wanted a larger one which this certainly is and for the same price as the smaller ones so again, win win win. Also, the color is far better then others and the magnetic areas are great! The screw holding areas are also awesome and help to keep screws in order so you don’t have to take pictures or struggle to remember what order and which screw next. Great design all together and most definitely would recommend this mat!

I just received this today so I can’t speak for longevity, but it is very high quality! I appreciate the nice packaging with plastic and three rubber bands to keep it nicely packed in the box. It is thick, clean and thank you for no chemical smell!! It came with the anti static band which I have yet to use. The color is more of a light grey rather than what I thought was white. Not sure about the heat yet as I just started learning to solder. But I love the organization of the screws and cutouts for my future projects. Will update my review if anything changes. But for now 5 stars!!
