So far so good. I wish they were about 5" longer but work very well. Seem a bit sturdier than dollar store varieties. Good product

I bought these for my mother who recently had surgery. These extendable shoehorns have been a game changer for her. They have taken the awkward, frustrating struggle out of getting her shoes and ankle height winter boots on. They are sturdy and simple to use. The handle allows for firm grip and the strap on the end allows the shoehorn to be kept conveniently hanging above her shoe rack. The price can't be beat given that this comes as a set of 2.

I bought this for putting my shoes back on in the discombobulating area after security at airport. Realised it would probably be confiscated because of potential weaponry. Oh, well. It works. I have 1 each to hang at front and back door. Quite thin and flexible when extended. I hope it stands up (pun?) with repeated use.

Walking was scary for me as I have had a broken hip and every bad arthritis which creates a "shoe storey called painful hoofing." The extra length of the shoe horn allows me to put all left foot ware on and feel safe while walking.

The expandable feature does not lock in , so the arm is always going down when you need it to firmly stay full extended
