ANTI-SCALD PRESSURE BALANCE VALVE
The advantage of the pressure balance valve over the ordinary valve body is that it can solve the sudden cold or hot water problem caused by the instability of the water pressure. 5-Inch 4-Setting Handheld Spray
The hand spray is made of ABS material. We choose the big hand spray instead of the small hand spray because the big hand spray can quickly wet the body and the weight is just right.
The hand spray has 4 water modes, the most important of which are the flush modes that other hand sprays do not have. The spray mode can effectively clean the floor, wall or the corner of the bathtub, and can also flush the toilet faucet countertops. There are three other sauna modes, rain mode and hybrid mode, which can be selected according to personal preference.

Used for couple months has problem with the hose. Contacted customer care was going to purchase a hose replacement, but the seller replaced one absolutely no charge and arrived fast enough . Amazing customer service

It would have been a great deal for the price but the missing and damaged pieces that I received left me without a shower longer than intended seller contacted me and refunded my money very quickly

We have not installed this yet as our new bathroom is still in the planning stages, but we did take a close look at it out of the box. The finish on the set is very nice with no manufacturing flaws. It is a typical tub spout with pull up button for the shower. In our experience, that type lasts a long time and there are generally no issues. The faucet is nice looking, modernistic, and looks like it will be easy to use. The set comes with all the required installation hardware as well. I like that the shower head has a jet spray, as that will be very helpful when cleaning the tub. We took off one star because the shower head is plastic, but other than that, it’s an excellent set.

This tub and shower system is comprised of both plastic and metal parts. The finish is good. The mixer components are brass in a plastic housing. The spray head is plastic. Installation is straight forward and can be easily done with PEX tubing and fittings.

Because of an issue with our shower (unrelated to this product), I had to have a plumber install the fixtures - so I can't speak to ease of installation. However, I love the look of this shower head and tub spout. They work well, and I really like the design of the handheld shower head. It has good pressure and is quite attractive.The plumber cautioned me against installing a product that isn't a brand name because, if something breaks, it's hard to get replacement parts - so I'm really hoping this product holds up over time and that the good warranty will cover it if anything does need to be replaced. Although very newly installed ... so far so good!

Update: I have received the new shower head and the hose, the hose lasted 2 days and paint is already peeling again, stay away from this one, the seller gave me the runaround and not very easy to deal with but they have asked me to update the review, no change in stars on this one, I would suggest a different product!! read further for my first review: Just after the install the hose on the wand split. They kindly replaced that hose. But now only a few short months later the head is leaking from the edge and spraying sideways out of the shower. Its the black hole on the one picture of the head. The head paint is also peeling. And the new hose has lost a lot of the paint. I have asked for replacements but getting a hassle. They keep asking why I just installed this now. However I keep telling them I installed months ago and the head just started leaking recently. They have advertised replacement warranty but giving me a rough time. Ill update if they honor the warranty
