So far so good.Seems solid. Son has been using it outdoors in the cold. Has held up so far.

Everything went well with installation. It does not come with the bolts to mount it to the wall though so make sure to buy some lags. It comes with 2 nets as they don't last super long if they are exposed to the sun

Started out great. After less then a year the so called shatter proof backboard shattered while shooting on it

So here's the most important thing if you want to mount this to the wall. The box has 3/8 mounting anchor bolts. To mount it you need 3/8 concrete drill bill. You must drill it precisely the length of the achor bolt. no more no less. also, you do need a second person to help you mount it. otherwise it is good.

I waited until we were finished dealing with costumer service on the damaged items before writing this review, because it would affect how we rate the company. the frame and hoop appear to adequate, but backboard is not shatter proof. It is in fact extremely fragile.We ordered this at the beginning of summer, it arrived late, and upon inspection we found the backboard was damaged in multiple places. We requested help from the vendor who sent us a replacement which also arrived damaged. Within a day of receiving the replacement we were told that although it too was damaged they would not replace it because the "return window" had expired. Be warned, this item is not as durable as it claims to be and despite its low price and high customer rating it is not a good purchase. Company is clearly aware of the issues with this item and willing to use a loophole to escape accountability.This is most certainly a buyer beware type vendor, and for your value you will find better options for similar item.Find something more robust from a better vendor.

I was pleased with the price point and hope it is good value. This product will be more easily installed with two people so I'm waiting until we have time to do this together. Cannot comment on quality, ease of installation or design until we have time to get this done which will have to wait until we are on site in a couple of weeks.
