The shower head is very sturdy and works well. We had to engage customer support to create a customized shower arm for us. They were extremely responsive and continued to make us feel comfortable with the process. Jarry was wonderful and patient. It was a great experience.

within a year the black coating on the hose that connects the hand wand began to come off in chunks exposing the metal underneath. Customer service was difficult to find but once I did find someone to respond they sent a new hose. I’m just afraid the same thing is going to happen again. Funny no one mentions this but maybe they didn’t wait a year before reviewing.

Love everything about it. Water pressure is great, ability to switch between rain head and handheld is easy.Minor complaint was we had this installed as part of a bathroom addition. When the inspector came, he said that this wasn't USA compliant and the contractor would need to add a separate temperature gauge. Not a huge deal, but a little annoying. (Also note: The plumber said this wasn't the easiest install compared to other options)Otherwise, would 100% recommend this product.

I purchased this to use in my outdoor shower at my cottage, I connected it to a Fogotti propane hotwater on demand system (works great) where the problem lies is hot water on demand systems have a constant hot water temperature so no cold water mixing is required, but if you don’t have water pressure on both the hot and cold input lines the valve won’t open and zero water comes out. The work around is to T the hot water output and run the hot out to both the cold and hot then the unit works, it would have been nice if the installation manual actually made reference to this. Otherwise the unit works fine.

Update.After talking with customer support they were able to pinoint the problem and send new cover which fits perfectly. Thank youVery disappointed to find out that plate won't fit. Probably due to cheap machining.

Okay I took off a star because of the company logo being on the show handle. So unnecessary. But the shower experience more than makes up for it. Contractor stated that the parts were quality. It functions nicely and the pressure is lovely. You can use both the rain fall and the hand held at the same time. Would purchase again for sure. Note to company, take off the name. Trust me, word of mouth will sell your product.
