Installed this in my bedroom to have the room cooler at night (16°C), warm at wakeup (23°C) for like an hour and standard while working from home (20°). Setup works well.

The Stelpro ST302NP thermostat has a very sleek and modern style. This model can handle up to 3000W at 240V or 1500W at 120V. The thermostat is slightly large for a non-programable thermostat and I have included a picture with a Noma programable thermostat for size comparison.Installation should be fast and easy because it is only a 2 wire installation and the wall mounting clip secures the thermostat with a single screw.It can be used for both electrical baseboards and convection type heaters and this particular model has 2 modes. 'Comfort mode' for normal heating and 'ECO mode' which uses a slightly lower setback temperature when you are sleeping or away to help save energy and money.Overall, it is a good quality thermostat from a trusted brand and carries a 3 year limited warranty.

Does not accurately control room ambient temperature. If set for 70 degrees F the room gets 7 degrees HOTTER at 77F. If set for 66 degrees the room gets 4 degrees warmer at 70F. This is ridiculous. How can they claim it will save you 12% on your heating bill using thiselectronic thermostat when it heats the room that much more hotter. POOR design. They should at least be able to measure the proper ambient temperature. It is being anoyingly returned.
