Our dual monitor KVM switch supports 2 display modes. Dual monitor extended desktop (Mode 1). Switch to Mode 2 to split desktop with each PC displaying on 1 monitor simultaneously.
The dual-screen mode can expand work or entertainment space. If you are a designer or illustrator, you can use this mode to see the effect while working. If your graphics card has a splicing screen function, you can also use the splicing display.

A3- 1. The number of computers in your setup; 2. The video ports (HDMI, DisplayPort or others); 3. If support multiple monitor. Ensure every computer can support the number of monitors you are looking to use in your setup.
Q4- Why can't I get the sound from L/R?
A4- 1. The DVI output does not carry audio signals, so the audio signal cannot be output to the speaker; 2. Only the computer that controls the audio playback will output audio; 3. Please select the correct audio output channel.

I'll start by saying that the TESMART KVM performs its intended functions very well. But, I'm an idiot. I put the batteries in the remote backwards - oops!. What i didn't expect was that the remote destroyed itself. Every other commercial device I've ever purchased had protections (blocking diode?) in place that would prevent the remote from destroying itself in this instance. Just a shout out to TESMART to consider us idiots in future. As i said at the outset it is a very good KVM switch otherwise.

One of the USB ports didn’t work, which is disappointing in a product this expensive, but TEsmart customer service were responsive and helpful, I’m still in the middle of a back and forth with them.I have a setup of a MacBook Pro , Dell laptop, Dell desktop, and Linux Desktop, works flawlessly. but do pay attention to the note below if you want to keep your sanity.Note: The computer that last controlled the peripherals before switching off _has_ to be the first computer to be selected when you turn the KVM back on, even if you don’t intend to use it! Knowing that will save you a lot of agony.

This KVM switch offers a really good feature set for the price point.Most of the functionality works as described, however I did run into one issue with the combined audio port on the front only having microphone functional for the first port (PC1) via USB, whereas the others resulted in noise. Using a headset 3.5mm to USB adapter can be used as a workaround to this problem (though with the loss of some functionality the unit provides).Summary:Pros:- Good feature set- Well built- Priced very competitively compared to similarly featured units- Great customer supportCons:- Some minor QC issues that hopefully get worked out, only thing I would really ding the rating for

This thing is magic. Easy set up. Love the auto switch. Totally worth the moneyDoes not come with any HDMI. I recommend getting some short cables so it doesn’t look as messy when having 4-5 things plugged into the switch.We currently have plugged in: chromecast, nintendo switch, Blu-ray/DVD player, pc tower. zero issues.

This little box is an awesome investment. If you have more devices than you have HDMI inputs on your TV monitor, this switch lets you have them connected all at once. No more squeezing behind the TV trying to find the right cable and the right HDMI input plug. Comes with a remote that lets you switch between devices from the sofa. I couldn't find one in a retail store for less than $35. This was an excellent price and the box handles 5 devices.

Item works perfectly, although thevery cheap remote doesn't work that well and died within a month. But if you don't mind getting up to press the button to switch ports, it is a great product.

I am rewriting my first review (I gave 3* previously), because it got worse.Initially, it was happening only when I was watching something from the laptop, not it happens from the TV box too.The screen happen to go black right in the middle of watching something.And, even if the receiver is very well placed, the switching doesn't work, you need to play with the buttons to finally see anything on your screen - and I mean ANY of the other devices plugged in the box.Then there is the "magical" black screen when you try to binge watch any Netflix or Amazon Prime video on the plugged-in laptop, and you get in the "black screen loop, no switching from the remote"...Basically, you start watching an episode, it ends, then it would move to the next episode (that is automatical, from the app). And then boom, the screen go black, but on the laptop you can see that the show is on.You must 1. Stop the show, 2. Switch to a different entry (which MIGHT or NOT work), 3. Switch back to the entry you were using.And it happens also when you do everything manually.It's kind of killing the mood of watching anything.While watching TV from my provider, it does exactly the same, without even switching to anything else - just goes black in the middle of an episode or program you watch.I am checking the return policy (I think that I missed the deadline), but this goes on "give-away by owner" as soon as I get another FUNCTIONAL one.Setup is laptop (HDMI out) + TV provider box (HDMI out) to TV (HDMI in)

Box itself seems ok BUT no included battery for remote and in trying to open battery "door" to install battery I had to purchase the remote physically broke so no usable remote, sending back
