This is quite the product that allows me to have 2 PCs running off 1 set of monitors and a set of keyboard and mouse. I don't have a laptop for me to try this out on but I do have a several different types of PCs that I tried this with and works very well. The hardware is completely metal, high quality build. It does require its own power but having this setup is awesome. After figuring it all out and rerouting all my lines to this hub, it's awesome. I can finally use my other PCs on the fly without needing to setup another desk, monitor, keyboard mouse. It's fantastic! It is pricy though compared to other ones I know of but this does a bit more, depending on your needs. Overall though, it's great. Can switch on the fly with the yellow buttons or use their remote they supply. Just keep your eye out for the price. $600 is a tough pill to swallow but it can be worth it.

This KVM switch works as advertised and is quite useful for quickly switching between computers without needing to swap out peripherals (monitors, keyboards, mice, etc.). It has a well-built, fully metal exterior. However, the unique feature of this KVM is its ability to connect to a computer via USB-C, a functionality that isn’t widely supported by many laptops, and isn't supported by any desktops. Additionally, you can find comparable KVM switches for about $100, while TESmart charges over six times that price, making it hard to justify the cost. Therefore, I find it very difficult to recommend this product.

I've debated very long with myself if I should go for this product rather than other KVMs that are much cheaper !I decided to go for this one because it offers more features than the others (in theory) but ended up being quite disappointed.Pros:- Build looks sturdy- Seeing a message from the CEO on the box with an url for tech support was quite pleasing and shows that the company stands behind their products.Cons:- Power output was not quite sufficient. I bought it to use it with a macbook pro and a lenovo thinkpad but the lenovo complained that the power output (30w) for charging was weak :(- Extended display was not working out of the box for my mac. I did plug the two usb-c to my mac but it was just outputting to one display in extended mode or was outputting to both in copy mode- Keyboard and mouse were not recognized on the mac through the KVM although they were recognized on the lenovo.I think i may have figured out a solution for the display and the keyboard & mouse issues with TESmart tech support but If i spend that much on a device, I just expect everything to work!I ended up returning the device to try my luck with a much cheaper one!
