Very nice, thick, and long mat for yoga and other exercise. Easy to use and roll up, makes it comfortable to do yoga on my wood floor. Nicely slip resistant and very functional.

it's larger than expected and so it's great for a workout area of the house if you can leave it down. it's really too big for taking around to yoga class, though. great thickness! it's super comfortable for hard floors, good value.

This was one of the cheapest mats I was able to find and it's pretty solid. Is this mat anything special...no, but does it do the job...yes. It isn't the thickest mat, but provides just enough cushion where you are comfortable using it. For the price, this is a solid product.

Nice and thick mat. I used it a few times so far and it feels better than all the others I have had in the past which were thin even feels better than when I would double the thin ones. That is the reason I wanted this one because it’s thicker. And I wanted a dark color. I actually love the handle thing it keeps it rolled up so it’s easy to keep out the way I hated when my other ones would unroll. It did have a funny smell when opening but that went away real fast.
