Torque converter bolts? Who would want to get a set of bolts for a transmission they may never service? It's a total pain and a lot of precious time to drop a transmission and attempt to work on it. Why would one want to torture themselves? I don't know but I'm doing just that!!! These bolts are the right thread size and length. The only concern I have is the bolt head is thicker than my original bolts. (see pic comparisons) My bolts are about a 1/4 inch thinner and appear more flatter (see pic). These are thicker and they have a flared/washer base. It may not make much difference but the flywheel and torque converter are pretty close together and I wonder if the bolt heads will scrape the bell housing. Will give it a try to see if all works well. Worst case scenario is I will have to replace the bolts.......I really don't want to replace the bolts.

These appear well made. I didn't use them for their advertised use as a torque converter bolt but they worked well for my project and I think they are a good value.

I ended up getting this set of 6 after I found out they all use the same bolt pattern, just the LS era torque converters use 6 bolts. I only needed 3 so I have 3 spares now, what a deal! The bolts have a nice hefty flange on them and seat deeply enough into the torque converter boss, using my stock ring gear.
