Definitely not oem and Definitely built with bad quality control. The actual cap that turns is so stiff it barely turns. Dont get me wrong they serve their purpose and get the job done. They dont look to bad either. Also note these are black not grey. And there is no metal on them. The "chrome inserts are just chromed plastic"Use the string method of taking off old ones. These do just clip on. Also note that they do not come with the ware plate.
