Since I have restless legs, I tend to move my legs a lot when I am sitting in my office, and I needed something that would prevent me from doing so as it does get very annoying after a certain amount of time. So, having this under-the-desk elliptical machine is such a reliever for my legs. After using it for 2 days, I am very satisfied with how well it's been working for me as I can now prevent my legs from going crazy! It has an auto mode and a manual mode, and I enjoy using both, though I do like to start with the manual mode for 30 minutes and then switch to the auto mode once my legs start to tire. There are 10 levels, with level 1 being slow and easy and level 10 being quick while on the auto mode. When in the manual mode(HF), it's a bit different; level 1 will be easy to push through with less resistance, while level 10 is hard to push through with more resistance, making this great for working out while at my desk.It came with a remote, so I don't need to get under the desk to change the speeds and modes, though if the remote is out of reach, then using the touch screen is very easy and responsive. There was no assembly needed; it came as is.

It’s ready to use right out of box, just plug in and install batteries AA not included. The batteries were a challenge to install but finally got them in . Love the 10 different levels of difficulty. And love the attachment to workout your arms

So this is a bit of a niche product. If you are healthy enough to use a regular elliptical, you neither need nor want this because it's not really "under desk" and only seems to work moderately well - I couldn't really feel lots of resistance going up the levels and the rubber straps were more hassle than they were worth. It did seem to have different speeds for what it is worth but this is by no means a high-end exercise device. For mild seated exercise and movement, this actually is an ok product (though not for the price, I can probably find something that gives the same effect cheaper). I worked it a bit to try to up muscle tone to address sciatica, no real idea what the efficacy of that has been - minimal if anything.Mostly I have this for an elderly relative with mobility and cardiac issues to use just to get some movement in the lower legs. The issue with that is that the cord is only a few feet long so they are stuck staring at the wall while working. Plus the machine, while it has a handle to use (its a bit unwieldy even with the handle, not really sure about that design choice but it does work to use it to lift even if it is hard to hold and feels easy to drop), is too heavy for the elderly to lift - you definitely don't want your frail grandparents bending and hauling this this around. And given that you have to sit upright in a chair and move this machine to you to set up, and that is too difficult for an elderly relative to really do themselves unless the machine sits in a corner and you pull yourself up to it in a chair. At which point you should just... put the money toward a real machine from a verified brand with product support in your home country.Basically I wouldn't pay the price it costs for the ultimate use I get out of this, which is minimal compared to getting better advice or even just doing minor exercises with little movements from a free youtube tutorial.

I wasn't sure what to expect as I've never used this kind of item before. Its small however it doesn't fit under my desk. It doesn't seem to be as much for exercising as it is for movement. I sit at my desk all day long and I have some ankle problems so I wanted something to keep my legs in motion so they wouldn't cramp up and to give my ankle a little workout. This is doing the trick. I'm not going to lose weight or build muscle using this but it does get my blood flowing and that is really what I was looking for.Its easy to use and its silent which is nice. It is also some what attractive for exercise equipment. It has a nice handle on it which makes it easy to move around and a slot for your remote so you don't have to worry about losing it. I'm happy with this purchase and the quality of the item.If your looking for an actual exercise machine though this is probably not going to be what your looking for.

I'm in love with this little elliptical machine! I'm a little unsteady on uneven pavement, so this is perfect for a leg workout while seated. I can use it while I'm working at my desk or table. It's heavy enough to feel solid and not shift or slip, but it's not difficult to pick up and move around with the centered handle. The top of the machine has buttons that allow you to make selections to change the direction of the pedals, select mode, start or stop, and to increase or decrease the speed/resistance. You can also make these selections from the remote control unit included. The top of the unit has an easy to read LCD readout of the mode and a timer. There are also two resistance bands that can be attached to the sides of the base and used for upper body work, too.I'm very happy to be able to get in a workout without worrying about falling, and having a well build, solid piece of equipment that doesn't take up a lot of space.
