I purchased this one year ago and placed it in front of my recliner in the living room. I've used it mostly every day, but more so during these last winter months and I have to tell you, this little machine is the best thing since apple pie. I have two bad knees, one worse than the other and was told eventually I will need knee replacement surgery.Prior to using the machine I limped when walking and couldn't stand or sit a long time without having pain. After daily use this last winter I have so much less knee pain, I can walk normally, and the muscles holding my knees steady feel stronger without any movement...people with knee issues might understand this. Walking on my treadmill is a whole new experience. I am very happy with my investment and highly recommend this elliptical cycler.

Good exercise for legs, better than the manual one we have. Easier to use and stays in place while using it

Love the machine. I have been using it for an hour each day since I got it. Not noisy and very easy to use. I can sit comfortably in my recliner in front of the TV and still get my feet and legs moving. It tells you your distance and calories used and has 12 programs or you can do it manually.

I'm a beginner to exercise so I am pleased with the 12 step levels to build on.

Small and relatively light. The leg movement itself is small but that means your knees don't hit the top of the desk which is good. A little noisier than I had hoped for and there is a mechanical smell that I hope will dissipate with use but overall am happy with it. Speed and direction are adjustable, but force is not, so it's always the same amount of strength used to move the pedals.

AMENDED REVIEWS; IF YOU ARE SITTING AND LOOKING DOWN AT THE MACHINE YOU MAY NOT SEE THE "SWITCH". YOU NEED TO TURN ON, BEFORE YOU CAN TURN THE MACHINE ON. ! MISTAKENLY THOUGHT THE MACHINE WAS NOT WORKING. It is working beautifully and after my first experience with it, believe it will meet my needs wonderfully, I couldn't believe I did fifteen minutes without feeling the pull and strain of the "bicycle" type one on my senior joints. Customer service has been quick to respond to my inquiries, patient with my requests, and I am quite pleased overall with this device. I have circulatory problems and believe this will just keep me "moving"!PLEASE DISREGARD MY FRUSTRATED OUTBURST BELOW. jUST BE AWARE OF THE "SWITCH" ON THE UNDERSIDE FRONT OF THE MACHINE.HAVE THE ELECTRONICS BEEN AFFECTED BY COLD WEATHER DURING DELIVERY OR TIME ON THE STOOP.! not sure why, and positive I am doing everything right, but this machine will not turn on. I have tested it in 3 different outlets. It's a dead piece of machinery. A real shame, I really need this equipment for medical reason and now I am stuck with a brand new useless piece. I would highly not recommend you buy this if you live anywhere in Canada or the US where there is a cold climate....You may get dead equipment! (either that or it is a recycled (returned) item that was sent to my home! The seller has been responsive to my request for the lubrication oil which was missing, but not so sure how they will respond to this. I am not physically able to repack and return this.

I ride an exercise bike diligently one hour a day in the evening. Recently my husband and I started traveling. I needed to find something as relaxing as my exercise bike for my evening calorie burn. This floor exerciser fit the bill and then some! In my one picture, I tried pointing out the small bumps in the tread of the pedal (right side). I love the messaging effect this has as I pedal.Another unplanned benefit during our travels was the relief this exerciser provided for improving the circulation in my legs. Especially since I do most to all the driving due to how car sick I get when I'm in any passenger seat. My legs stiffened after a bit of driving. I was so happy to be able to use this exerciser to relieve this problem. Additionally, this exerciser traveled well in the rv and was convenient to use at rest stops and such.I've had this exerciser for several months and have used it not only while traveling but also as a exercise/circulation tool at home. Even after all these months I appreciate how smoothly and quietly this unit continues to operate. I do not like noisy exercise equipment. My unit came with a controller, exercise bands that attach to the unit's bottom, and black antislip material. The latter held the unit in place not only while using but also while traveling in the rv (not tethered down). This is a solid exerciser. I find in the months I've had it that it has more than paid for itself because of the relief it has provided me. One added perk is if you do not have electricity (like when camping and solar power trickled out) this machine can still be used no problem. I forgot to mention, it has forward and backward modes. This unit is an all around great buy.

When my physical therapist recommended I buy an under-desk elliptical trainer, I bought this one. It’s sleek, small, and easy to set up. It comes with an informative user manual that lets you take advantage of all its features. It has a handy little remote for turning on and off, setting time and speed, and checking distance and caloric output. While it doesn’t provide resistance settings, it does allow you to go in reverse mode, which I like using for half of each 1 hr workout. I m housebound because of snow and ice for a good bit of the winter, and I’m delighted to now be able to get in a little bit better workout inside. It’s easily transportable and comes with a non-skid mat that goes underneath to prevent shifting while in use.I think, for the vey reasonable price, this is quite a bargain.
