It's working great on one of my system, with little to no input lag which is surprising to me, but the second one doesn't recognize one of my 3 screens. I did a little troubleshooting and I know it's not the system where it's plugged or the screen. Also, when I come back to the working system, I have to turn the switch off and on for the 3rd screen to come back. I'm starting to look at alternatives.

I purchased this KVM exactly a year ago and so far, it has worked well enough to support all my needs. I'm listing my specs here to give you some idea of what this KVM supports, because I recall how difficult it was to find solid information of whether I could run my setup with any of the Amazon's listings and manufacturers' descriptions.I have 2 systems (Macbook Pro (Intel, 2019) connected to an external GPU in Razer's Chroma Core X with AMD RX580 inside) and (a Desktop PC running dual boot Windows 11 and Debian 12 running RTX 4090). For my displays, I use 3 of the Dell's U2720Q displays, each running at 3840x2160 at 60Hz, 10bit-colour. I use display port cables (on both ends) for each of the displays and for each of the machines. HDR works across all 3 monitors (although these displays aren't great for HDR with their peak brightness of 400nits, so I have it disabled). The good news is, this KVM supports it all across both systems, including an USB3 microphone and a mouse and keyboard, all at the same time. The ports are located in sensible places, and all my devices show up correctly across both systems and all 3 OS's. Debian was the most problematic to get the NVIDIA drivers going and it took some doing, but I got it to work in the end.I've only encountered a handful of issues which others highlight here too, particularly when waking my Mac up from sleep after switching the input back from a different machine to Mac. This doesn't happen every time and it happened sporadically, maybe 5 times over the course of the past year (same display displayed across all 3 monitors, flickering in and out; restarting fixed the problem). I don't move any parts of my setup and the cables have plenty of slack, so it must be a problem with the KVM itself, as others have suggested too. It's not a deal breaker by any means and happened rarely enough to not really be an issue, but worth highlighting that it's something that can happen...Overall, great device for a great price and well worth it if you have to constantly switch between monitors. It will save you having to replace either the buttons for you on-screen display, cables from constant switching or most importantly, ports on your GPUs. These all have a fairly limited duty cycles and aren't the most robust, so investing in this KVM will probably save you money in the long run.

I have an MSI motherboard with dual DVI outputs. I connect my first monitor to one of the DVI outputs and my Belkin docking station to the other. I also have connected a Logitech USB dongle for my mouse and keyboard, a Dell camera, and a microphone. Everything works flawlessly when connecting from one monitor to another. It's a well-designed device.

Most likely my own fault for not doing enough research but I can't use my Logitech MX mouse and keyboard combo with it. The dongle does not get passed through to any on the computers when switched.I would recommend it if you are using a wired mouse and keyboard.

I have a dock for my laptop that only has two DPs and one hdmi. When I connect a hdmi to display cable through the dock to the KVM switch it doesn’t give any output. Any help on this would be appreciated!

My monitors have HDMI inputs and the port on the switch is 1 dvi and 1 HDMI but it doesn't support HDMI to dvi cables. Ended up having to return it because I couldn't only use one screen after setting it up

This KVM does a good job of routing various peripherals including audio between the four different attached computers. The only drawback I find is that it doesn’t support keyboard shortcuts to change focus of which computer is being used.

I was able to put but work laptop which has a ridiculously tiny screen under my desk and just run the lines to the monitors. I really like that this came with a switch button (so even wired box is under my desk). I am able to use the monitors for both my gaming PC and work PC. Previously I had to change the inputs and switch out keyboards and mice to go between. So I had a lot of clutter.Build quality: The unit has a nice metal case and is well made. It does not get hot (which was one of my concerns hiding it under my desk) The button is the only thing I can see when sitting at my desk, and even that could be stuck to the underside of the desk if I wanted so I would just have 1 keyboard, 1 mouse and 2 monitors visible.Lag? Nope, the change between screens is pretty quick. How could this be better?I did need to get some additional wires to go from HDMI to DP to make this work. It would have been nice if one of the inputs and outputs would have been HDMI.

I use a KVM switch that allows me to switch two monitors between two computers, but with the addition of a third wide-screen monitor, I had to choose between disabling one monitor or buying a new switch. Since three monitors are better than two, I chose the latter! This Displayport KVM lets me plug in three monitors using HDMI cables, and switch them and USB devices plugged into the KVM between my desktop and laptop computers. The unit is larger than my last two-monitor KVM, but that's to be expected. Both my computers recognized the triple HDMI monitors when switched in, and I could configure them as mirrored or separate monitors. I chose the latter, and had lots of fun arranging the three display contents for optimum speed and use of windows. I got the recommended display resolutions on all three screens. So far this device has worked flawlessly.
