Print quality is very good. No smudges or any issue with these cartridges. How long they last remains to be seen, but worth it when they come on sale.

Je l'ai côté. 5 étoiles... Pis une des cartouches ne semble pas fonctionner alors que la cartouche noire semble bien imprimer ou c'est ma cartouche couleur qui imprime en noir.

I have a little canon pixma printer/copier. It is a cheap little unit, but has been reliable and has served the purpose. I decided to buy this ink to try to save a little money compared to the official canon cartridges. Long story short, I am going back to canon carts. These carts work initially, but then after a little while the printer just stops recognizing them. The printer began flashing a code indicating that the ink carts were either installed incorrectly or were not the correct ink carts. No matter what I tried I could not get the printer to return to normal operation. There is no way the cartridges were simply empty; it just hadn't used enough for that. Some people appear to have had good luck with these. I guess my printer just doesn't really like them all that well. When I returned to official canon carts the printer got back to business as usual.

I ordered this ink twice and the first time went through the black very fast, but brushed it off and thought it could just be the printing ( bear in mind i print colour more than black)the second time i ordered this there was barely any magenta in the colour cartridge at all. Very disappointed in both these purchases. Not only is it a huge waste of my money but a waste of my time to have to re-order so quickly from the first one and then to discover that it wasn't what i paid for.Terrible product, and wasn't able to file a complaint thru amazon to have the product returned so just very upset and disgruntled with this ink.

I got the Toners 245XL and 246XL for my MX490 Canon Color printer used by kids.Though it arrived quickly, it took me a month to get around to replace my original canon cartridges with these new ones from ValueToner. To my surprise, I immediately got printer error after replacement. Given it was beyond the return window, I decided to order another one but then I saw a sheet in the box encouraging customers to reach out by email or phone for help. I sent the email and got immediate response asking for order number and details of the problem. Within a day the value toner team said they will send me replacement as per 1 year warranty and I should send the original back with their pre-paid label.To my surprise the replacement cartridges worked really well and great quality. I didnt get any errors nor do I see any other issue in printing.I have confess that I had not hoped for any service given these are generic parts. My experience has been excellent. I do believe that the original part that I had was bad and their replacement worked. their communication frequency, tone, urgency all left me quite impressed. I wish I didn't have the problem with the original toners but stuff happens. It was important to see them fix it.I was contemplating between 4 and 5 stars but decided to go with 5 because it is more important to have the processes and systems in place to provide good service than have unreasonable perfect record on product delivery.
