I ordered this product for a master bath renovation. Valve cartridge never allowed for the right amount of pressure to come from the spout and now (less than a year from purchase) the valve has failed completely - causing a loud noise every time any fixture in the bathroom is turned on. No way to contact the seller for replacement valve. No way to replace with any other standard valve. Spend the money and get a delta or other US made product to avoid the costs of tile, and plumbing replacement down the road.

Glad I chose this one. This wall faucet as a gift to my friend, who moved a new house no long ago. He liked it very much and said it was easy to install. Gold tub filler looks quite beautiful and upscale.
