I bought this for my son’s dorm room. He said the water was cloudy and tasted funny and he wasn’t drinking as much. It’s the perfect size and makes the water clear and taste much better

The inner diameter of the nut that holds the spout on was too small for the outer diameter of the threaded end on the spout. I checked the threads and they are the correct thread pitch it’s literally the inner diameter is too small. Now if that’s an indicator of the quality control they have I would not recommend this for anyone to buy. 200$ is an insane amount of money for a water filter and I don’t even have that. Just some stainless pots with holes in them. Complete trash.

If you have a berky, I highly recommend purchasing this--1. it's metal and not plastic2. faster water flow3. you can see the amount of water in the tankI own a waterdrop, my parents have a berky and purchased this for them to use on their berky. It's worth it!

Just received it, primed the filters, ran a couple pots thru it and it just finished last night so I haven't tried the water yetAll seems good, easy to put together & no parts missing. I like the look of it, it is smaller than I thought. It did come with a stand for it, so I just picked up a small black wood adjustable plant stand, at a local store. Ima liking this so far. I will update on water taste soon.

Excellent product in terms of value and environment. The water comes out perfectly filtered so you don't need any bottled water if you don't like drinking straight tap water. You get tons of bang for your buck.

2 years ago I bought a Berkey system for each of my grown children for Christmas. When I ordered the system I also ordered the sight glass from the same supplier. Upon installation BOTH of the sight glasses leaked. $100 down the drain because too much time had elapsed since the purchase for refund or replacement (I’m an early Christmas shopper). After researching reviews I decided on this product for my own Berkey. It came in perfect condition, was easy to install and worked like a charm. I also love that the speed of the water being dispensed is twice what it was when I was using the original Berkey stainless steel spigot. I love mine so much that I have already purchased one for each of my kids’ Berkeys.

The seal could be thicker to make it easier to get it tight enough to not leak, flat on round tank. But, I tightened it as best I could and it didn't leak. Looks beautiful, and works great. Nice to be able to see how much water is left in the tank, so you know how much needs to be added when you need to. Great Quality through out. Berkey and Waterdrop spigot makes a nice set-up. Wife loves how nice it works, and how nicely it fit into our kitchen.

I first installed this with one of the washers from my old Berkey sight spout on the inside because this spout does not have a washer for the inside. It leaked like a sieve. I took off the inner washer and installed per instructions, and I have NO leaks. This sight spout is so much better than the old one I had (the shorter one in the foreground of my photo). It is very sturdy and works wonderfully with my Big Berkey on its stand. I installed it so that pulling forward on the spigot does not lock; pushing back on it locks. It's working out great, and the little red level ball is so helpful. Now I just have to figure out where the ball needs to fall to before adding in another full pitcher of water. I need to be able to tell everyone in the household "when the ball falls to here, add in a pitcher of water at the top." Otherwise, we'll have constant overflow messes....
