It is a quality package with an excellent case, and a lot of useful accessories. I don't know how long it will last but I am happy with it so far. Compares well to other routers at 4 times the price. I have Hitachi, Porter Cable, Bosch, and Dewalt routers.I have one huge reservation at this point. The tool does not come with the ability to use standard template guides. It comes with a stupid cheap looking metal guide in the wrong size for most uses. They do sell and adapter for other guides, however, Amazon doesn't have it, it might be too cheap, and I can't find one anywhere in Canada.Here is the annoying kicker. The adapter is simpler than the template guide that comes with router. I don't know why they chose the size of guide they did, and it is rough looking, but it is heavily/expensively formed, while the adapter is just three holes in the same format plate. I would gladly pay the 5 bucks to get the adapter, but it was hard to even find out it exists, let alone where to buy it. I would far rather they include it in this package than the guide they do. Some people will never use a template guide, but for a large plunge router it is a major functionality, and what i bought this thing for. It might be possible to 3D print one, and I am going to see if I can machine the adapter out of the guide they provided.One other complaint is that Amazon sells all these Wen tools at reasonable prices on .com, but on .ca only a few of them. I wish they would sell the full line, at fair prices. Some of these tools cost more on .ca, than Dewalt or Milwaukee.

Good if you install it into router table. Otherwise, it's heavy and jumps. Used different bits, but still vibrating. For a precise job, use something smaller.

I am a fan of WEN products. They are sturdy, great value and great quality.My expectation of this router was equally as impressive. The build quality is amazing! It is a heavier router but for may jobs that is what you need.The included edge guide is often an "extra" cost with other brands. The included case is amazing and fits the router perfectly!Thanks for another great WEN tool, WEN.
