Product Description
Our White Russian Kale is a cold-hardy variety with frilly leaves that are more tender than Red Russian. It can be treated like spinach and eaten as baby greens or harvested as fully formed leaves; it's a tasty addition to any salad. The plants will last longer than Red Russian, especially if you grow them in a cold winter garden, but both varieties will overwinter well if protected in sub-freezing temps.
