How to choose the right garden pruner, Bypass or Anvil?
- Bypass Cutting Tool: you draw a curved or straight blade past another blade, this creates a scissor-like motion that works well for cutting live green plants.

Purchase as an addition to my crafting supplies, mainly for cutting down Pine Cones. The blade is super sharp so there is no strain when slicing an item. Excellent for wood products (which is what they are designed for) but, for precision they are perfect.Highly recommended

Started gardening again and this is perfect. The locking mechanism makes me feel safe when my toddler is around. It’s nice and sleep with the black and green. It’s nice and sturdy and has a good weight to it. It’s nice and sharp and allows me to cut through pretty much all my bushes. Not too big so they fit in my small hands perfectly.

First impression.. works very well. Used for trimming lilacs and cut through each branch like butter. Thicker branches may have required a little more force but still fairly easy. Will update if anything changes as time goes on, but so far so good
