Just received and my initial reaction is that it’s amazing! I love the weight it lays out very flat for a cork mat it’s soft and yet very grippy beautiful black pigment used in the dye for the design. It’s a lovely yoga mat. I have high hopes for the durability, but as I have only used a few times, we are yet to see.

I used to always buy the longer, wider, cushier mats, but after many years of practice, I was ready to upgrade and decided to treat myself to my idea of a "professional" mat.*It is thin*Like much thinner than any other mats I owed. I can definitely feel the ground more, which in this case is amazing as I gained stability and grounding. I can say that it's harder on the knees, but I was ready for it and didn't feel any pain practising. But if you have joint pain, this one might not be for you. It rolls super small and compact, but the material still makes it heavy (so maybe not for travelling on a plane for instance) and doesn't move or lift from the ground.*It is short*And by short I mean regular sized. I'm 5'10, and I always felt I needed a longer mat. But for the last year or so, as I was getting more centred on the mat, I felt I haven't been using the last 8 inches of the one I had. I gave this one a go and felt like it was actually perfectly sized with still some room for play at the top and bottom.*It doesn't have alignment marks*But the symmetrical design is quite enough to guide in all poses and to accurately find the middle, which I still enjoy.*It doesn't slip*Which it what I mostly wanted from a mat. I also wanted the feeling and grips of a nice mate and non plastic-y material, and I'm absolutely pleased with the fell. Also perk of the prints at the top and bottom makes it extra grippy without being sticky.*It does have a smell*But quite faint, and I recon that after a few uses it will go away. I mean, it's that whole "new car smell" thing, and I enjoyed the smell of my shiny new playground.*It's beautiful*That in itself makes me want to take it out and roll on it, and brings me joy in my practice.Bottom line : I love it, and it was less pricey than other options.

Absolutely love this matt!! I use it for my hot yoga classes and if you have ever done hot yoga you know that you sweat a lot!!! I do not slip at all on this matt!!! I highly recommend this matt ❤️ And it looks beautiful! Wish They still made the white one because I would buy that one too!

The other reviews were right... this product smells so strongly of chemicals! Not cool. Also I feel like the one I got is not as thick as expected. To be fair, I haven't measured the thickness. The mat does not slip and the design is beautiful. I am satisfied with the purchase and after a few weeks the smell has gone away.

This mat is amazing! Was slightly hesitant upon ordering because numerous other reviews mentioned a strong plastic odor but I didn't notice anything. No airing it out necessary, I used it at class this evening and its perfect.Great quality, beautiful design, good grip for poses like down dog. Also absorbed sweat no problem. Slightly larger than my previous mat but I dig it! Very pleased with this purchase. Also it came with a carrying strap which was a pleasant surprise

Great for hot yoga! The mandala design helps with alignment. The cork surface quickly soaks up moisture and allows incredible grip without a towel!When it first arrived it did have a heavy rubber smell but after I wiped it down and left it out for a couple days, it was gone! I would definately recommend this mat to anyone who does hot yoga!

Have been using this yoga mat for a week now, it has been amazing so far! There is a huge difference between this mat and name brand mats ive used to in past, this one has great cushioning, fairly good grip and the cork is surprisingly soft. Only negative is it still smells strong of rubber. I would definitely recommend!Update 2022, still an amazing mat!

Absolutely beautiful! It’s soft and elegant! Has a good grip when doing poses! I love it! The smell dies down! Just leave it unrolled for 48 hours and it’s fine! I love it!

表面がコルクのヨガマット、裏面は天然ゴムで滑らず、曼荼羅柄が美しく。コルクの温かみもあってヒヤッとせず使いやすいです。ヨガを長く続けていると、最初の頃お値段の安さで買ったマットがだんだんヘタリ、気分を盛り上げるために新しい物を欲しくなりますが、こちら柄も素材も他と少し違うので気に入りました。マット特有のケミカルな匂いもなく、快適。ちょっと難点は表面がコルクなので粘りなく若干滑り、スプレーなどで水分与えると滑らなくなる様ですが少しずつ黒く汚れてしまう。ヨガタオルをひいて使ったほうが良さそうです。もう1つ、気になる点は付属のストラップベルトが重量で締まって固定されるタイプで表面滑るので抜けやすいことでしょうか。他のバッグに入れた方が良さそうです。ほどよくグリップ力もあり、床からの冷えも伝わってこず、嫌な汗も吸湿してくれるのでとても快適です。
