I use this to increase my movement during the day, especially on days when I am sitting at my desk all day long. It’s hidden under my computer, and I use it to help me focus when working on tasks that are not very interesting

Really like this pedal machine it's easy to use good quality and functioning, quiet sound, different speeds for any activity level ,remote control makes it easy to change gears and do different sports and levels without having to stop to reach down to do it,you can keep moving and still keep going with your exercise and switch gears.

I work from home and walk way less than I used to. This fits perfectly under my desk. Right now I use manual. It’s quiet and I forget I’m peddling. Highly recommend. Good price too. You can feel your legs and core working

This elliptical machine requires no effort from the user, as it will move automatically at a given speed. There are two modes to choose from: Programmed mode and Manual Mode. The difference between them is that the former has different speeds set in one program and will alternate during the workout, while the latter will stay at the speed of your choosing. I think this trains more mobility than cardio because you cannot adjust the difficulty and start pedaling, which I wish was a feature. All in all, this elliptical machine is an easy way to get your legs moving.

The main unit works well but have only had it one day. Was delivered promptly. Remote control only works rarely- seems like a dud. Written manual doesn’t have seller’s contact info. If it did, they could be contacted directly to send another remote control instead of returning entire unit. No warranty info arrived with unit. We’ll use unit for as long as it works

I love this under-desk elliptical! It's the perfect way to get some exercise while I'm working at my computer. It's super quiet, so I don't have to worry about disturbing my coworkers, and it's really easy to use. I can adjust the resistance to get a good workout, and it's small enough to fit under my desk without taking up too much space. I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to stay active while they work!
