So far so good. I tested all of them and they write really well and "juicy". They are a life saver in the office where patients take 40 pens a day . They survived the first day and I didn't lose any pens! They will save a lot of money we waste from having to order a new box of pens every month.They stick really well to clipboards especially the wooden or faux wood ones. I am not sure about other surfaces. It's typical sticky backing.

I stick these to my clipboards at work and no matter how cold, hot, or covered in acid they may be. They will always keep writing until the ink runs out. This is the second pack I have bought now in 4 years on that job. I refuse to by expensive pens that will run away when you set your clipboard down. These will always be right where you left them.

Handy little pens. For practical gifts I attach them to mini clipboards I use for lists when shopping and running errands. Since I'm using it right there they work fine, but in other situations the cord could be too short - only 6-8 inches or so long. If you pull the cord very hard the cord will snap off the base.
