Cheap but cheap for a reason.All the bits were not glued in straight which makes them wobble. Will they work for a lot of things, of course. Just know what you are buying. If you need really nice bits then spend the money for really nice ones, these are cheap and cheap is what you get.

While these are good for grinding off some rust or jagged metal from a garden tool I wouldnβt call them precision tools. Probably half of them didnβt have the shafts installed straight so they wobble when you chuck them up in a drill. For rough work they are fine though.
